Join us for a transformative 30-minute Bliss & Flow breathwork class, where we will explore the profound effects of intentional breathing on our nervous system. Throughout this session, we will alter our breathing patterns to access different states of consciousness, releasing tension and inviting deep relaxation. Techniques such as deep, rhythmic breaths and controlled pauses will activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting stillness and reducing stress. Rooted in the essence of Kundalini, this class will guide us from stress and chaos to the blissful experience of being fully present. Through intentional breathing, we will connect with our true selves, helping us navigate the distractions of modern life—such as our phones and external noise—that often disrupt this connection. Over the next six weeks, we will celebrate the beauty of presence together. **Class Schedule:** - Dates: March 5, 12, 19, 26, April 2 - Time: Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM This six-part breath series will introduce you to breath techniques and meditations that cultivate bliss—allowing for absolute presence and stillness in both body and mind. It’s a wonderful and enjoyable way to reset your system and flow with intention, giving you the opportunity to do something amazing and choose a different path. Classes will be held via Zoom, and you will receive an invitation link the day before each session.
