About
Although the days may still feel dark, they hold a quiet kind of magic. We are in a natural pause between what has been and what is beginning to stir. This gathering is held in a liminal space an in-between time that invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and wait just a little longer. The silence before the return. The breath before action. Held on Imbolc, the ancient festival of healing, inspiration, craft, and returning light, this gathering marks the halfway point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox a threshold where subtle new beginnings quietly awaken. You are invited to step into this pause. To reconnect with your inner light to honor what you have carried through winter And to gently create space for what is ready to emerge What we will explore together * A shared space of connection and quiet contemplation * Reflection on what you have been sitting with this winter * Reconnection with body and breath * Creating space, clarity, and light for what wants to unfold What to expect * Welcome & intention setting * Gentle, intuitively led movement & grounding breathwork * Creative exploration inspired by literature around liminal space (held mostly in silence. Please bring paper and pens/pencils for writing or drawing) * Meditation & sound * Tea, light snacks & optional sharing This is a soft, nourishing, presence-based gathering.
