Join us for a transformative 30-minute Bliss & Flow breathwork class, where we will explore the profound effects of intentional breathing on our nervous system. Throughout this session, we will alter our breathing patterns to access different states of consciousness, releasing tension and inviting deep relaxation. Techniques such as deep, rhythmic breaths and controlled pauses will activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting stillness and reducing stress.
