Classes Overview

​Kundalini Global at Bliss & Flow  A space to land, soften, and reconnect.

 

No two Kundalini Global classes are ever quite the same—because every teacher is encouraged to show up as their full, authentic self. In my classes, that means holding space with gentleness, presence, and deep respect for whatever you're arriving with.

This isn’t a practice of performance or perfection. It’s a practice of returning to yourself, with kindness.

 

We always begin with a grounding, accessible stretch that helps reset the stress system and brings you into your body. It’s one of those simple tools you can carry into everyday life—whenever you need to pause, breathe, and come back in the here and now.

From there, we flow into breathwork, gentle movement, and a guided series of postures. Each class is shaped by a clear intention, which I’ll share at the beginning to help you anchor into your practice. The sequences are supportive, adaptable, and always offered with variations so that you can meet your body where it is.

 

Between postures, we pause. We feel. We notice. These moments of stillness are just as important as the movement,  where the real magic happens.We close each class with a long, nourishing relaxation, allowing space for your body and nervous system to truly soften and integrate.

 

Bliss & Flow is a space built on connection, joy, and care. You are welcome here exactly as you are.​​
