Join us for a transformative 30-minute Bliss & Flow breathwork class, where we will explore the profound effects of intentional breathing on our nervous system. Throughout this session, we will alter our breathing patterns with 4 different breaths to access different states of consciousness, releasing tension and inviting 10 minutes of deep relaxation. Techniques such as deep, rhythmic breaths and controlled pauses will activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting stillness and reducing stress. These classes are recorded and have access to the for one month after last session.
