Tuesdays at 6 PM — Online + Recorded The Inner Reset A 6-week nervous system recalibration for modern life. Each class is recorded, so if you can’t attend live, you can return to the practice anytime on your own schedule. This series is designed for everybody — all levels, all ages, all humans navigating a fast-moving world. We were never taught how to truly be still.
Most of us live overstimulated, overworked, constantly consuming, reacting, rushing, and disconnected from our breath and bodies. Over time, the nervous system begins to normalize stress, tension, and survival mode. The Inner Reset is where we begin to change that. Through intentional breathwork, movement, meditation, and stillness, we teach the body and mind to work together again — creating safety within the nervous system so calm becomes the new default. This class blends ancient Kundalini practices with modern nervous system science to help regulate, restore, and reconnect from the inside out. Over the 6 weeks we will explore: Breathwork that stimulates and tones the vagus nerve — supporting emotional regulation, stress recovery, digestion, sleep, immunity, and nervous system balance. Intentional movement to release stored tension, increase circulation and energy flow, and reconnect to the body with awareness. Meditation and stillness practices that support neuroplasticity — helping rewire old emotional and thought patterns and create new internal responses. Weekly intention-setting practices that help direct the subconscious mind and bring clarity to how we want to feel, heal, and show up in our lives. Science now shows the nervous system can be retrained.
The body can learn safety.
The mind can learn calm. When breath, repetition, awareness, and intention are practiced consistently, we begin creating new neural pathways and a new emotional baseline. This class is grounding, energizing, healing, challenging, fun, and deeply transformational. Together we cultivate:
